    my xbox gamer tag is I play on xbox one . Hey xbox support I was entering my 3 month gold subscription yesterday and an error came up and it said to enter it later and I reentered the code and when I confirmed it the same error came up. So
    if you guys fix the issue awesome.

    1MONTH??

    So i have been on xbox for 3 weeks without gold now and i see a one month gold. I click on it add the billling subscription but it makes this error every time i confirm it?

    Xbox Gold not recognised

    Hi, several hours ago i inputted a pre-paid 3 month game card into my Xbox One console. The code was accepted but unfortunately since then i have been unable to access anything Gold-based.

    I went onto xbox.com and checked my subscription and it confirms i do have Xbox Live Gold for 3 months. I also went into the subscription on my Xbox One console and it confirms there also.

    I have signed out of my profile on xbox.com - Made no difference, and also deleted my profile off my console which had zero effect also.

    Thanks for your reply. A friend, who had never had a GPU subscription, bought 3 * 12 months of Gold and then applied the "3 months for £1" offer and got 3 years of GPU. He just ensured that he switched off recurring billing after applying each Gold subscription.

    The part that I was not 100% sure on was whether the fact that I had a GPU subscription which had expired would affect anything. I obviously can't use the £1 offer but 1 month of GPU is not that much more for the same end result.

    Your reply has confirmed that I won't find any conversion rations applied to my purchases and so I will be able to get 3 years GPU with this approach.
