    whenever I put my free 2 day trial code in and press confirm it just says there was an error but doesn’t tell me why or how to fix it

    Getting an error when redeeming Xbox live codes

    I'm trying to redeem a 14 day trial that came with my Xbox One day one edition and a 7 day trial that came with my Forza 5 day one edition but I'm getting an Error message on the screen for both codes saying
    "An error occurred while completing this operation" then it says below "If it happens again let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate."
    So I go and do that and enter the 30 digit code and it says there are no results for it, I haven't made mistakes when entering the xbox live codes or the error codes is there anyway I can get this fixed and use my Xbox live codes?

    i cant sign in!!! help!!

    ok, so a while back LIVE sent me a message over xbox live and said that i needed to enter in a security code for my account so no one else could sign in to it. i ignored it. a few days ago i was at my friends house and i couldnt download my account. an error code popped up. now when i try to sign in to xbox live on my computer, it makes me go through all this crap. my email hooked up to xbox live is hotmail and it is microsoft too. i have to enter that stuff in my hotmail account too!     Also if the account your trying to add the trial to has every had Xbox live on it before. It wont let you use the trial.

    spaces.

    If you get an error at the redeem popup please, copy and paste the error code shown at the bottom of the redeem window in here so i can check it out for you.

    Have you tried redeeming the code through the page on your profile? https://redeem.microsoft.com/
    Also if the account your trying to add the trial to has every had Xbox live on it before. It wont let you use the trial.

    2 day trial code entered... the current profile is not alowed to play on xbox live

    your nat issue wont have anything to do with that error message you're getting, but it will give you other issues when trying to connect to multiplayer matches.

    so the issue with your error message: did you enter the 2 day trial code online? or through your xbox? if you entered it online, make sure you were signed in to the correct account.

    basically the error message you're getting is telling you that you dont have xbox live gold. if you you know for a fact that you entered the 2 day trial on YOUR profile, then try redownloading your profile onto the xbox. sometimes it wont sync properly.
    so hit your center "guide" button on the controller, sign out, then select "download profile".

    3 day trial not working

    i have the same issue. i entered a 2 week trial a few days ago and when the update came out it seemed to just disappear. Also i entered a 2 day trial yesterday and it confirmed it but it's still saying that i need to upgrade to gold. Today i entered a 2
    day trial because the Xbox Live Service Report said that the Purchase and Content Usage was up and running, but it just did the same thing.
