Error when checking out & no access to payment options

We are aware that some members may be having problems playing purchased content, and logging in. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We recommend to Sign up for the notify me option on the website for communication on the resolution.

im getting the same error on my Xbox, and the same error on the website when trying to access payment options. This started when I attempted to dl an update to IE this morning

Suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option
1 after finding your country's support line: See

but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to
http://xbox.com -

sign in there if you can - then go to

http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5

If you are not in the US then replace the red US above w/ yr country code

(i.e., CA for Canada, GB for Great Britain, et al.)

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue

and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

Could you please confirm path that you follow to get error. Here the path in xbox.com and Xbox 360:

Path to manage Payment Options in Xbox 360: Settings > Account > Manage Payment Methods >

Path to manage Payment Options in xbox.com: My Account > Manage Payment Options >

Now you can access to
https://commerce.microsoft.com to check transactions/ Payment Method / Personal Information / in case needed.

The information is correct. I tried to make the downlod and the error message appears at xbox.com:

"It seems you've found a glitch in the system."

By xbox360 can not access payment options. Opens a window of error in hub -> Account -> Payment options
