    When you buy a character in
    Killer Instinct game for 180 rubles, the game
    has made the purchase of a full package

    How can I take my money back?

    Error when buying game from store

    When I press Buy in xbox live I get the error message:

    "Check your internet connection and try again. we couldn't connect to the store"

    I ran the network connection check on the xbox one console and there were no issues and my banking details have not changed since I made a successful online purchase a month ago.

    Could somebody please tell me how to solve this problem.

    So it seems that there is an error trying to buy something from the store. I'd be happy to help but we will need some more information on the issue.

    Are you making this purchase from an Xbox One or online?

    What is the error that you receive?

    What method of payment are you trying to use and have you used it before?

    Give us some more information and we will be glad to figure out what's causing the issue.

    By default, a child account is set to require an adult's approval before a child can make a purchase through their account. If you leave the Ask to buy feature on, you can continue to make sure a child doesn't make a purchase using an adult's credit card and monitor the type of content they want to buy. If you choose to turn to Ask to buy off, the child account can make purchases without an adult’s approval. To turn this feature off, follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to your Family page at https://account.microsoft.com/family/home with an adult Microsoft account.

    2. Find the child's name and click on the "Spending" tab.

    3. Under the Spending page, switch "Require approval for every purchase" to Off. It should be like the screenshot below.
