Error when buying any game of xbox 360 on my xbox one

Hello everyone!

Help me please somebody,when i trying to buy any game of xbox 360 i see error without any codes#

I can buy any game on xbox one ,only xbox 360 games show me error.

1.i tried to buy on PC browser - error.

2.i haven't xbox 360

3.about a year ago(or so close) i bought Far cry 3 on xbox one...sometimes later(2-3 months) i try to buy Injustice and see my first error.now i try to buy The Wither 2,and error again.

Can't buy backwards compatibility games on Xbox One

I tried buying Call of Duty: WaW on my Xbox one, I click show price and put in my passcode in but my screen goes dark and doesn't do anything. I also tried buying it on the Xbox marketplace online but comes up with 'Server Error in '/'
Application'. I tried to buy an Xbox One game on my xbox one and it went straight to my card details (after I put the passcode in) but when buying Xbox 360 games it doesn't do that.

 

Xbox One achievements to 360

When I bought the Xbox one I sold my 360, regrettably. I was thinking of buying a 360 again and was wondering can I use my Xbox One account on the 360 and still keep all my achievements and gain more on 360 games?

If you're trying to use account balance to purchase Xbox 360 game content, we're afraid you must complete the transaction on an Xbox 360 console. Otherwise, you'll need to use a credit card to purchase Xbox 360 game content on your Xbox One console.

Also, to check, does your Xbox account region match the country in which you physically are living in? If not, you may experience purchasing issues on your account.

Since Far Cry 3 is region locked, you would not be able to purchase it digitally. You would need to purchase it on disc. A lot of 360 games like that were region locked and can only be downloaded if your account region matches your physical location and
you have to be in a region where the game is available.

 

Smwutches okay,but Witcher 2 and Injustice available for my region..

i think error connection with pay card..

when i buying far cry 3 ,i'm use another bank card..

 

Yes, but if you were to get the payment to go through, the game will not completely download since your account regions do not match.

 

Yes, I read on some forums about the error of the region's mismatch..maybe can try to change the bank card?
