Error when attempting to play digital downloaded game on PC...

If you're getting error 0x803F8001, perhaps the issue is that you aren't signed in to your Xbox Live account. If you're trying to run applications or games from Microsoft Store, you need to be signed in to Xbox Live
or else you'll encounter this error message.

I am signed into the same Xbox Live account which I purchased the Xbox Game Pass on. I have even tried signing out and into the account again. I am still receiving the same error message when attempting to run the game.

How are you installing the game? Disc or digital download?

What kind of error message comes up when you attempt to download/install it?

Have you tried a new game that you have not downloaded the patch to play on xbox one x.

The error codes getting are 0x8082000c when trying a disc

Getting error code 0x80070002 when trying digital.

All troubleshooting steps were attempted and still getting this problem

Are you downloading the game on a PC?

Please, try these steps in order:

First, run the Windows Store troubleshooter:

Press the Windows key +X, select Settings

Search for Windows Store Troubleshooter and click on it.

Follow the steps to run it and fix possible issues.

Restart your computer.

After that, perform a system scan:

Open the Terminal window by pressing the Windows Key + X and selecting "Open Powershell as Administrator".

Type this command: sfc /scannow

Press Enter.

If any error is found, follow the prompts to fix it.

Lastly, reset the store:

Press the Windows key +R

Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

Follow the prompts.

Restart your PC.

After all that, try reinstalling the app again.
