    "We can't add the payment method. Please make sure it hasn't been already added to your account. If you continue to get this message, try with another payment method or contact customer service for assistance"

    Error Code: 8007000B

    I used to get another error code when I was trying to access my Xbox live Payment options however I added Xbox Lives ports to port forwarding and now i'm receiving this message: 8007000B. Anyone have any info or fixes? tyvm.

    I can't download NBA Jam on fire edition

    I've tried this many times, and I keep getting the following error - "You have no valid payment options on file." I worked with xbox tech and added another payment type (had AMEX and added VISA) and I still get this error message. Even when I push the
    Change Payment Options button, nothing happens - I remain on the error screen. Has anyone else experienced this?

    I cannot redeem my 12month code on the Xbox One or Xbox.com

    Sounds like there's an issue with your payment option that is preventing you from adding the card.

    support.xbox.com/.../error-code-80169cf9

    You'll either need to wait until your current membership expires or check your billing info at commerce.microsoft.com to ensure everything is correct and a card or paypal is added.

    Can't authorize the selected payment option.

    Several weeks ago, I successfully downloaded Resident Evil 4 off of Xbox Marketplace with my Paypal information.

    This week, I have tried three, maybe four times with the same information to download Resident Evil Code Veronica, but keep getting errors.

    When I try to download it on the console, I get "Can't authorize the selected payment option. Please select a different payment option or add a new one." But I never changed my payment option info to begin with, I used the same as with downloading the last
    game. When I deleted the paypal info and re-added it, I get the same error message.

    When I try to download it on xbox.com, I get "Sorry, an error has occurred during the transaction. Please try again later."

    What's going on?

    If you are having errors adding a payment option on your Xbox, then try adding the card online at
    account.microsoft.com/billing/payments.
