    Error when accessing Xbox Live


    I've just pay for continue to use the live gold, but when I try to access my account I receive a message saying that I have to pay.

    Checking in my Microsoft account the last payment done today appears there.

    I need help please!

    hi, when i try to go onto the ambassabank i get this error 03264B56-C945 and im somehow signed out. Anyone able to help ?

    The error occurs when signing in under my Live account or when attempting to access any of the 'Marketplace' icons.



    The Error is as follows:

    I'm getting the error code when I attempt to access my Windows Live account on Xbox Live. My 360 has no problems connecting to Xbox Live, but when I try to sign in using my Windows Live ID I get the error code message.

    Thanks for the post / suggestion.

    We tried the account recovery tool but still got the account does not exist error.

    Strangely, we could access xbox live from his account on the Xbox briefly tonight. However, in trying to log in to the Microsoft / Xbox portals while Xbox live on the console was working, we continued to receive account does not exist errors.

    Xbox live access on the console went back to gaining the account error... This could have been triggered when we downloaded his profile again in an effort gain access to the settings is his account...

    Please help if you can...
