Error "We are sorry. Your payment can not be completed. Try it later again."

Hello,

when trying to buy backwards compatible Geometry Wars 2 online or on XboxOne I get the error "We are sorry. Your payment can not be completed. Try it later again."

The reason for this is that I accidentally migrated my account from US to Germany instead of Austria where my Paypal is registered.

Can you please change my account 360 region to Austria or do I really have to wait the rest of the 3 months as chat support told me yesterday until I can give you money which seems utterly ridiculous?

Can't download Civilization Revolution

Sorry for second post, I could not find the EDIT button

I tried downloading via xbox.com website but I was asked for submitting the payment option (I purchased Gold as prepaid card) So I entered my card info but it didn't help. I got an error message saying something like: "We are sorry, your purchase can not
be completed right now, try again later". So no help there.

I get the error message when I try to buy it, already tried changing payment option but still not working.

Although the issues on the service page may be a factor the main issue here is region. You are correct that your region must match your payment method. Region changes are limited to three times per year. However, phone support may be able to help with
