Error trying to redeem game code

I bought GOW 4 and received codes for all GOW titles, however 2 codes work ( GOW2 and Judgement) the other 2 dont. When i try to redeem them this error appears XBOS-4000806df047-026f-4732-9916-c9fdd2bae668

Anyone know how to solve this?

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

Hey there -

This is an issue that is often seen when people have a region mismatch going on. If your Xbox Live account region does not match your physical location, you will want to
migrate your account so that it does and try again. At that point, you should be able to redeem Gears of War 1 and 3.

Xbox One isn't going to accept the Fallout 3 redemption code. Here, try these solutions.

Solution 1: Redeem your code at a later time

In most cases, this error is due to a temporary problem with redeeming the code. Wait a while and then try again.

Solution 2: Make sure you're trying to redeem an Xbox code

Check to make sure the prepaid code is for an Xbox game or app. If the code is for a Windows game or app, go to
account.microsoft.com/.../redeem to redeem it.

When you try to redeem a code but it fails, it should show an error code.
Try redeeming the code again and take a picture of the error code, then write it here in the comments.
