Discus and support Error trying to redeem a code in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I'm getting this error 0x80070bfa when trying to redeem a gift card.     I'm getting this error 0x80070bfa when trying to redeem a gift card. First, it said the code was from another region but now this is what appears. Anyone? Help please!

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    After buying the console, I can not activate the code

    When you try to redeem a code but it fails, it should show an error code.
    Try redeeming the code again and take a picture of the error code, then write it here in the comments.

    At the outset try to do a Hard Restart on your console.
