    My friend keeps getting the message something went wrong when he tries to load up Overwatch and he is given the code 0x87e0012d and we cant find any way of solving this issue.

    To be clear, are these official game copies that you're trying to play? If so, what's the exact error message you're receiving when trying to load them up?

    Xbox One error 0x80073d5a

    I get error 0x80073d5a when trying to play PvZ GW2, I keep trying and it loads the start up screen and quits out at various points. My other games load up and work fine. I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling on an external drive, problem is still there...

    I checked the forums and this error message appears with other games, I can see no resolution even with reports going back 3 months.

    Hello! I would try restarting your Xbox:

    1. Hold down your console's power button for (10 seconds) or when the Xbox shuts off.

    2. Wait a moment and then turn it back on either using the console power button or your controller

    3. If that does not resolve the problem (repeat step 1) but this time unplug the power supply cord on the back of the Xbox console and wait 10 seconds.

    try to clear the console cache by disconnecting the power cord about a minute. another option is to delete the system file of the last game you played
