error trying open Prime video in my XBOX ONE S with google home mini

hello

we have installed the app Amazon prime video in my xbox one s and it works ok.

The problem is when we say the command voice to my Google home mini "ok google, open prime video on xbox" and it faild trying to find it in microsoft store with the error 9nhrlph6ffct

Can any help me with this issue?

As of yet, there haven't been any testings of Google Assistant within the Xbox Insider preview rings. That is not to say that it won't happen

I have a Sony XBR and I've encountered the same error with Prime, but only on my Xbox One X and like ChrisWoodcroft stated, once I disable the 4K display setting and switch my Xbox video over to 1080P, it appears to mitigate my chances running into this
error. My PS4 and first generation Xbox One run Prime Video on my Sony XBR perfectly fine.

Oddly though, I only encounter this error with Prime Video; Netflix and all other apps on my Xbox One X work just fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Prime Video, but to no avail in circumventing this HDCP error.

I'm hoping the growing prevalence of this HDCP error is being noticed by Microsoft as it seems to be an Xbox-specific problem right now and I imagine a future update can easily remedy this.
