    Error to Renew Subscription


    Help! My son cant access Minecraft. We bought the full game (digital) nearly 2 years ago. This weekend we received an error message, code 0x803f900a as though we were playing the game through Xbox Gold or some other subscription (we haven’t). The only
    subscriptions we had were the free trials. I have power cycled the console a few times and have tried differnet profiles with no luck. We can access other digital games, but they are much newer.

    Thank you for the reply. I just tried that and it didnt fix the issue. I should add we don’t play any games linked to Live.

    Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the power button down for 10 secs or until it shuts off? That fixes half of my issues.

    Have you tried setting your xbox to offline mode to try playing? Not sure if minecraft can be played this way.

    Hi! My name is Ben a fellow member here in the community and hope you are doing well!

    Just to confirm, is this somehow a trial Game Pass you are trying to renew? I suggest to try adding your payment method first via website at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments page.

    Once done, go to the services tab or via https://account.microsoft.com/services page next, find the subscription on the list, click on "Manage" from there you may choose to renew or change the payment for your subscription to renew it.

    In case you are still getting an error and it is showing that the subscription has expired or cancelled, you may renew it manually by buying it via the store directly here is the link as well https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/store/b/compare...

    I’m not able to play online games

    My subscription is an Xbox live gold subscription and it renews every year, it’s says renews April 22 2023

    My platform is Xbox One and I received the error while playing Minecraft after trying to play on a realm, I’ve gotten other errors on different games and I first noticed it while trying to connect to GTA Online
