    Hey everyone,



    I am asking help, please.

    I have already called to Client Support at X-Box Brazil and they could help me to verify a lots of configuration and conection tests in my Xbox One-S. Everything was OK.

    As I have a Insider profile at X-Box, they advised me to ask for deeper support here in this channel.

    >>> The problem is: The connection fails when I try to log in some multiplayer games and also fails while I am alread playing other games in moments with no apparently reason, always playing multiplayer mode.

    See the picture below when I was trying to access at Fortnite game with no success. The message is in portuguese and there is a error number: 0x8027025a.

    "Try Again. For some reason Fortnite took too much time to start. 0x8027025a"

    For instance, that error is happening to access games such as: Fortnite, Roblox, Plants x Zombies, and also some time after playing multiplayer Minecraft and others games.

    I use internet connection with a cable at my home and I can download games, watch youtube and Netflix videos, talk to friends through X-Box, etc, normally ....That shows that my internet seems working well, but that error keep hapenning!

    My Gold Live Account is valid. I have already restored factory default twice. Even doing that, the problem persists. I have already changed the connection of internet to other providor, changed the console to other cable in other room, but also the problem persists.



    I would really appreciate who could help me in that issue. I thank you so much.

    Yes it says "You can connect to Xbox LIVE, but your current network settings may limit your online experience" in the connection test. I'll soon go to the properties, someone's watching TV right now :p

    Hi, could you please test your internet connection to Xbox Live, and post your results here so I and others can see and identify the problem. To do this, please:

    Skip sign in on your console

    Go to systems tab

    Go into System Settings

    Go into Network connection

    Click onto your connection

    Then click onto Test connection

    Then post your results here

    If you can also go into properties on your network connection and post your results from there as well, Thanks

    Sad thing is, Bioware is owned by EA Games now. Don't expect new servers anytime soon. Or ever. :(
