Error to download a game already bought

I bought the game Civilization Revotlution on 12/26/2013 12:54:29 AM

I try to download the game again but it appears a symbol "!" and writing "damaged" on the file after downloading.

I've followed the support site, deleting the file "data marketplace" and then deleted the cache of the HDD three times, but the error continues

I already downloaded the game over ten times... always the same error.,,

Okay, I buy all my games as digital downloads. And i cant play any of my games due to this error. and why do i need to pay a monthly subscription if i've already bought the game

Had you deleted the game before you tried downloading it again? If not, follow your steps listed above but delete the game first.

You can reaccess the free download from your download history which can be accessed on the dashboard by going to Settings>Accounts>Download History.

 

I delete the game, saved game, all related files ...

After I delete the Marletplace file on my system

Then I clean cache from HDD, three times.

Then I reset xbox, try download again, and same error...

 

Ok, a quick question here. Is your physical location the same as the location of your gamertag? For example, if you were to live in America is your gamertag set up for America or another country?

The reason I ask is because some content cannot be downloaded properly if that is the situation.

 

I live in Brazil

When I bought the game, my region was Brazil

I paid in local currency (R$)

Right now, I use the region USA

Will this be the problem?

 

yup you would have to be in the Brazil region for it to work properly sorry. Your account region, console region, and physical region all have to match when downloading any region locked content.
