    Hi, I am having issues when trying to sign a guest in so i can play Gears of War 4 online. I get an error message stating 'There was a problem adding a guest, but it should work if you try again'. I have tried a hard reset and also unplugging fully at the
    power source several times. Any help would be greatly appreciated ERROR - 'There was a problem adding a guest, but it should work if you try again' :)

    I have the solution!! After spending about 2 hours trying to fix it it allowed me to create a guest account. You need to power off your xbox one. Then unplug the console from the wall. After this press the on button for 30 seconds (this drains any remaining
    power). Plug back in and it should work!! This seems to just be a little bug in the memory that has to be fixed here and there. Hopefully Microsoft will realize this and fix it because I know it really shoved me away as an xbox user. Hope this helps guys!!!

    Suddenly can't play multiplayer on any of my XBOX ONE games!

    It says " there was a problem adding a guest but should work if you try again". This is the same message that comes up with all our games when we try to add a guest...try again and a again and continue to get the same message.

    I'm having this same issue! I couldn't play nba 2k14 because my xbox one wouldn't add a guest. It's ridiculous that the game requires a 2nd user to "signed in" rather than just recognizing a 2nd controller is on like before.
