Today i received an email telling me that somehow i have in issue with my account :

the exact message is in French:

Need to know what is the problem because it is very frustrating for me i have more than 70000 credit .

So please can you help me with this problem ?

I've seen this for 6 months or more and I haven't been getting any of my rewards since I do most of my purchases on my xbox digitally.

 

I found this in the forum . if it helps but i don know how to do it .

I have not deposited my credits rewards

I changed my region to UK as it was in the first place .

We cannot attempt a deposit into your account since you do not have a French Microsoft Billing Account. Since we can only deposit matching regional currencies, we cannot deposit EUR from your French Rewards Account into a non-EUR Billing Account. This is

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

Thank you . I do have a French billing address but it was not the preferred address (the preferred address was in UK or US) so i changed it to FR if it helps.

Now that i changed my billing address , what will happen now ? Do i have to wait until next month or you can try to deposit now ?

I used many currency in my account long time ago .US$ ,UK£ and Eur .My account is full of different address and all ,can you help me make my account right in every way ?

What if you convert the 73000 credit i have by sending me a 5x5 code with the amount in the correct currency ?

i really need the money as the holidays gifts are coming .
