Error the current profile isn't allowed to play on Xbox live

What the hell is this as i sign into play blackops 3 this pops up and won't let me play when I played earlier and have the gold this is *** and really makes me wonder why I keep Xbox now thinking I might switch to a ps4 and take all my gamers with me and
can't contact support or *** all not impressed your getting one *** off call in in the am and better make this right cause this is *** I checked every setting and everything looks good so why the hell the error grrrrr

2 Day Gold Trial from CODAW not working

Doesn't work, just says "Error : The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live"

 

Ive been getting the same messages from COD and Destiny and its really pissing me off too i have gold subscription and my profile has a clean record, xbox customer support is the worst customer support ive ever dealt with in my life, I too am ready to switch
to PS4

 

I bought a grandfathered family membership years ago, (still actively multiplaying), with myself and 2 of my adult children and a grandson. I have recently changed grandson's setting because he could not play online using the Xbox One. When I signed into
his profile after doing so, in Battlefront, it still says he is not online and he is not allowed access to online content. I have checked online status several times after attemping to start a multiplayer game under his gamertag, and continually says I am
online, but still will not let his profile play. He also has had the same problem playing Black Ops 3. I expect better for my PAID SUBSCRIPTION from a corporation as large as Microsoft. Will be looking into a PS4 with FREE ONLINE PLAY and finding a PAWN SHOP
willing to take this Xbox One, unless this is resolved POST-HASTE! Get with the program, Microsoft!

 

Try doing this,

1. Remove your profile

2. Do a hard reset (hold down the power button until it turns off, then turn it back on after a few seconds)

3. Readd your profile back with your e-mail and password.

4. Test the game out.

From what I've experienced, this normally fixes this type of issue so could be worth a try.

 

Playstation Plus is required for all online multiplayer, it has not been free for years.

it says, your profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature when i try to play bo3 or fifa 16, WHY
