Error: The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live.

So I stopped playing on my xbox for a month, then as Black Ops 3 comes out I want to play online again. The last time I was playing; it was online BF4. Yesterday I go and download BO3 and continue to try and play online mode. First I thought my live ran
out, which it did and I renewed with a month subscription. Today I go to play again and I still get the error message as yesterday. I deleted my account and resigned in to see if that works, nothing. I am online since I have friends that shows me as online
with a Gold account. Any solutions?

The same thing is happening to me i just got my xbox one and black ops 3 yesterday and it says the same thing

I dony know what would be wrong with it if i just got it

general troubleshooting steps for this issue. go to settings>all settings>network>network settings>advanced settings>alternate mac address>clear alt mac> restart. if this doesn't work run the multiplayer connection test in the network settings and when it
gets to the end(says its all good or gives you an error) stay on that screen and press and hold both bumpersand both triggers at the same time(rb,lb,lt,rt) this should bring up your detailed network statistics. if your nat is anything but open contact xbox
support and ask them to walk you through port forwarding/dmz (I prefer dmz its much easier and quicker and generally provides more reliable results)

 

Mine was doing the samething and i restarted my console waited 5 minutes and i started playing online

 

I made sure that my NAT in my settings was open status

 

Having the same problem with XBOX One and Black Ops III. NAT is open. If we uninstall and reinstall the game we can play MP live until we log off. When we log back in and try to play we get the "profile not allowed on xbox live" error message. We have
gold memberships that are current. Hope someone can help me out. Thanks.

 

IndyHoops you are not showing gold here. Are you using the same login credentials here that you use on Live?

I just bought live and it is still showing this message.
