ERROR: The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live

Hello all

I have a brand new XBOX one Halo 5 bundle. I just purchased a three month Xbox Live Gold subscription from NewEgg yesterday and installed the code on my Xbox at around 11pm CST 11/06/15. I can see in my subscription status i have Gold status. However I put
the COD Black Ops 3 disc and installed the game and tried to play multiplayer. And I cannot connect. I get the error as above when I click on Multiplayer on the Black Ops 3 main menu. My NAT status is OPEN.

Any idea why? This is ridiculous after paying $500 for the console and then $25 for the subscription and I cannot play.

2 Day Gold Trial from CODAW not working

Doesn't work, just says "Error : The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live"

 

Also I had Live Gold subscription before, upto 2014 i think and I cancelled it.. Now I am trying it again...

Not sure if that has anything to do with it...but it should not.

Had to delete and redownload the profile.

We moved from xbox 360 to xbox one and have changed the family settings to adult access however it keeps say The current profit is not allowed to play xbox live. It is a gold active membership. What do we do? Trying for over 6 hours!! Help please..

Having the same issue with 2 different accounts they work fine on the 360 machine

Deleted accounts & re-installed, reset router, nothing works. And yes both accounts have current xbix live accounts

Any help with this would be appreciated

 

Try logging out of XBOX Live and logging back in. Good Luck!

 

Was on the phone with support for almost 2 hours yesterday, did the hard reset 4 times & reloaded profile before I was able to get in. Today- not able to get on again. Signed in/out & hard reset console to many times to remember. Don't know if this is an
activision or xbox problem.

 

Same exact problem I tried re downloading my profile but I dose not work it's very frustrating!

 

I also have this problem and still have no resolution. Three accounts (2 old from 360, one brand new) all give me this error on the XB One. Any idea why we are all having this problem?

 

So, does the xbox support group even look at these threads, or are we helping each other to look for work-arounds for these types of issues? Not really enjoying my experience with 2 new xbox ones for my family along with games and 3 xbox live renewals for
three kids. They haven't had a chance to play on there holidays!!

 

You have 2 xbox ones on the same network ? What kind of modem and router are you using ? Router must support multiple consoles or your Xboxs will just fight over ports. ..
