    Error syncing data on all games


    For the past couple of weeks off and on my Xbox One goes to "Erorr Syncing Data" every time I try to load any game. I have tried to do a hard reboot by holding in power button and removing power cord etc.

    It went away for about 3 days and now its back again. This is really frustrating as all I can do is say "play offline", but I cannot get the Xbox to sync anymore.

    I even tried to move a game to a secondary hard drive I have installed, but it still does the same thing on any accounts I have.

    What is going on??

    Btw, it is about 5 hour ago that this is up. How slow can u work for such huge company. Shame !

    Hello. I understand that you're having trouble synchronizing game progress with the Horizon 4 forza game. Have you had any problems with your Internet at all or any errors or code messages regarding syncing game data from the cloud?
    Note You must have a regular connection to Xbox Live to keep your data in sync.
    Offline playback can cause cloud data to sync. Data is updated each time you connect to Xbox Live.

    Unfortunately not, did all the steps restarted and atttempted to launch the game to the same 3 errors in event viewer and game still stuck at syncing data and the xbox app as crashed.

    Forza Horizon 3 is a play anywhere title, so you will be able to play the game on Xbox and PC with all data being crossed synced if you have any sync issues be sure to contact here for help as sometimes game sync has errors and sometimes leaving it can sync
    over your older version of the game.
