    error suspension ?


    i have been suspended for a week already, i haven't been able to enjoy my new xbox one due to that suspension and its very frustrating. I got an email notifying me why i got suspended but that makes no sense to me ? i want a better explanation why ?

    https://enforcement.xbox.com.

    Only an enforcement team can respond to any suspension actions they issue and they do not use the forums.

    Suspension ERROR HELP!!!!!

    on the enforcement site it says I have an active communication suspension. It also says I am able to play, just not communicate with other players for 2 weeks. The problem is when I try to play it says because of my past behaviors I cannot play multiplayer.
    So there's an error either on the suspension or on the website please help. I'm not trying to get the suspension reversed, I'm just trying to get my multiplayer access back.

    Suspended for a billing issue or suspended for cause? What is the exact error message you see about the suspension? Did you gat an email about suspension? What did it say?

    I would like to have my enforcement history cleared

    Enforcement actions are only cleared if you submit a case review while the suspension is active and the enforcement team lifts the suspension because they discovered it was in error. It is not possible to submit a review after the action is over.
