    Hello, I currently have an Xbox 360 and I use my iPhone 6s as a hotspot to connect my Xbox to the internet (I live in an area where WiFi is not available). My method has been working fine, but yesterday out of nowhere the Xbox disconnected from live and
    I haven’t been able to connect to the internet since. My phone connects to the Xbox, but doesn’t connect to internet. The Error Status Report is

    W: 0000-0021

    X: 0000-F001

    Y: 0000-0000

    Z: 0000-0000

    ID: FFFF-FFFF

    L: 0015-10F1

    Q: 8007-0435

    ERROR STATUS REPORT

    i woke up this morning.. ran the "test xbox live conneciton" (on my wireless connection) and i'm getting the "Y" -STATUS .. which after you click Y i'm getting an Error Status Report....

    this is maddening!!!!!!! HELP!!!

    No because he always uses a wired connection, not a wireless.

    And when I run an XBL connection test, when I select 'status' this shows up:

    IN MY NETWORK SETTINGS AFTER DOING TEST XBOX LIVE I GET SERVICE ALERT

    No errors everything connected Live Status says Service Alert everything else shows up.

    the error status report has things on it out of safety i dont want to post the codes

    Hi there! Welcome to the Forums, and thanks for this info. We just need a little more info on the errors you're seeing and then we can take a look! So, am I understanding correctly that you can connect to LIVE but then can't join parties? Is this absolutely
    all parties, or just with certain people in them? Please also get us the info in bold here: START HERE for connection troubleshooting!

    Some basic things to start with would be unplugging your router and modem from the power for a couple minutes. That will resolve a lot of the most basic issues.
