    I have been trying to download the Super Mega Baseball 2 free with Gold download and every time I try it I receive the error code 807B0190. I go to
    www.xbox.com/errorhelp and enter the code, and, of course, for some reason Xbox does not have this code. What up??? Your screen tells me the code and to check it on your site and then I receive... no such code...why?
    How can you stipulate a code and not know what it means? I need help. Granted I am a VERY old lady but I do know how to read.

    Hi Myokie1,

    Please reset your console to the factory defaults by keeping your games and apps:

    Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults

    and then try again install the game again but by having
    Ethernet cable connection.
