ERROR STATUS CODE: 80190376

One of my friends was trying to play GTA V Online, but the problem is:
He can't download any DLC! You need to have updated DLC's to play the game, and every time he tries, he gets ERROR CODE: 80190376. Anyone know a fix for this error?

Even tried removing payment option, same error code.

He can't log on to this website either.

HELP PLEASE! Thanks.

Cannot sign in on my main profile, beta related

Also if I try to purchase anything on the xbox I am unable to, I get a different error code. 80190376

If I try to go to Manage Payment Options I get Error Code: 838200DE

error 80190376 can't access payment options

You can't search the code error because the code 80190376 doesn't even exist on there system it's a whole new error there dealing with and until they work out what the why and how we are pretty much in no mans land.

Everything that I've seen on this error code resulted in a need for the player to call support and in many cases it had to be escalated to a higher tier support/customer advocacy team. I suggest that you contact them using
support.xbox.com/contact-us to get your local support's contact info, or calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX if you live in North America.

I have now, but really nothing works maybe if they can find out what the error code 80190376 means that would help me out a lot i think.
