After downloading the game I usually try to run it, but the error "The storage device containing your player profile has been removed. You must reinsert the device to continue playing." even if my media is digital, I would love to play, how
can I solve this problem?

The Witcher 2 Game Error

I downloaded The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, the free 'Games With Gold' title, and when I finished the first chapter of the game it stops and gives me the Disc Unreadable error message. I've deleted the game off my hard drive multiple times then re-downloaded
it and still have the same problem. Since it's a digital copy and I'm not playing it off of a disc I'm not sure what to do on my end or if there is even anything I can do on my end. Is anyone else having the same or similar problem??

Your data is stored to both, your hard drive and the Xbox
Cloud as long as the console is online. Xbox Live keeps your important data in sync so you don't lose anything when you use a friend or family member's console, or even when you switch to a new console.

Note

You must have a regular connection to Xbox Live to keep your data in sync. Playing
offline may cause your cloud data to become out of sync, this one will updates when you connect to Xbox Live.

Sorry but I did not really understand what I should do to solve my problem with the game, I only have the Xbox one and only play on it, and my internet connection has a good speed. Every time I start the game this problem appears and I can not even play
the game.

Sounds like you might need to delete and redownload your account to your Xbox Matheus. Can youmfollow these steps and report back please?

First, Remove your account from your Xbox One console.

From the Home screen, scroll to the left and select Settings.

Select All Settings and then select System.

Select Storage and then select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.

Select yes and after your console has restarted, Download your account to your Xbox One
console.

Try launching the game to see if the issue continues to occur.

Seems another player had this issue earlier in the year and one of our ACE’s suggested this fix.

Cannot play The Witcher 2 on my Xbox One despite playing it on 360 just fine.

The issue hasn't been resolved for me. I live in the US and I have been trying to dowload the witcher 2 for 3 days.

It starts the download, but won't go beyond 0%. A error pops up and say can't download the witcher 2.
