Error starting a DLC

Hello, I'm a newbie to Xbox and I'm already having some annoying problems. I recently bought a Resident Evil 7 DLC, but the console and the store is listed as "not purchased", and I only have one account on the console. However, whenever he enters he gives
error, EVEN HAVING IT DOWNLOADED IN MY CONSOLE AND WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE. Please help me

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend requesting a call from support. They will be able to look on the account and see what has happened. Unfortunately, all we can do here is give information and advice.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

My dlc of the original alice refuses to play. It starts to load then the disc error message comes up. Any solutions to this problem?

I lost what the error code was, but I believe that it started with 0802, and the DLC now says that it is queued, though I have nothing else downloading right now. The DLC is Banned Footage Vol.1 for Resident Evil Biohazard.

I didn't even want to download the new face off maps...but I started getting error 2 messages and lag, until it wouldn't let me play until I downloaded the new dlc. After I did that I started getting error 5 and lots of lag. I will not be purchasing elite
again.

I have more of the same trouble. My xbox is connected to the internet. Before I started playing the game, it downloaded the dlc and then I put in the key for the Catwoman dlc and started the game. I got to the cut scene with Ivy and Catwoman, and I got the
"download data corrupt" error. Well, my son's xbox is NOT connected to the internet, so his xbox doesn't have any of the dlc at all. He was playing it tonight and he got the "download data corrupt" error and nothing has been downloaded to his at all.

I have deleted all of the dlc, deleted my saved games and restarted and it does the same thing without the dlc installed at the cut scene when Joker comes behind Batman with the gas. So, does anybody have any idea what is going on since apparantly this has
nothing to do with the dlc. Perhaps a bad run of discs? I don't know but it is very frustrating.
