    MTU Settings Error

    Well it seems it was a COX Cable problem of some unspecified sort but it is working now for me. Contacted COX but was provided little useful information as to what the problem was.

    Hello.I'm a new user here at Xbox live and when I try to go to My Account link I get an error message.

    Yeah, I went and looked around and saw the same thing. It makes me feel better, to be honest. Now I know I'm not the only one dealing with this and it's more likely to be solved. Hopefully, anyways.

    Hello, you'll need to contact your schools network administrator and have them run you through the settings. Some schools have this issue because they have to change settings on their end before you can get on XBOX Live.

    Its very annoying, I don't know whats changed on their end if anything. But a lot of other people seem to be having other various connection issues with LIVE so it might not be a COX thing. But who knows.

    Have you tried accessing your account information through either
    account.live.com     or commerce.microsoft.com?

    Please let us know how that goes for you and we'll work from there.
