Error screen

Same issue. I hold the sync and turn it on and it goes directly to the error screen hold for 1 min Error is on screen. Turn off, release button and turn back on goes directly to error screen. No change.

Is the offline reset you refer to the factory reset? If not you might try to see if a factory reset will resolve the issue. If not it would probably be time to send it in for repair.

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds.

After that disconnect power from the console.

When power is disconnected check if the HDMI Cable is connected properly on both console and TV.

When that is checked, please power the console on again to see if the issue is resolved.

If the issue is still present, be sure to try a different HDMI cable and also try the cable and console on a different TV.

If changing the cable or TV does not make any difference then it seems to be a problem with the console, which likely requires a repair.

Let us know the results

If a power cycle doesn't work try a different HDMI, a different HDMI cable and finally factory reset your monitor. Please let us know what you find.
