    Gentlemen, after several sessions I am asking for help here in the forum

    I'm from Brazil and I have a little problem with Englis, sorry about that

    .

    My console is partially sharing the main account, the live gold multiplayer functions, party chat groups are working normally, but the game licenses of the games on the console are compromised.

    When I add the main account on the console I get account sharing error due to the insider program.

    I do not want to leave the program. and if possible I would like to play (weekend is coming,: D)

    I attached the last conversation with the support to facilitate the help.

    I am unable to access the Xbox Insider Hub app due to an error message being displayed saying "Sorry, you need to be at least 18 to join the Xbox Insider program", where my Microsoft account age is set to 21. I wish to access the App but have been unable

    be done from the insider hub, or by pressing your Xbox button on the controller.

    Are you in the Xbox Insider Preview program, if so report the issue. If you are not, then download the Xbox Insider Hub app (you don't have to join the program) and file a report on any messages like this.
