Error Reporting Preview/Insider program (Sharing Account)

Gentlemen, after several sessions I am asking for help here in the forum

I'm from Brazil and I have a little problem with Englis, sorry about that

.

My console is partially sharing the main account, the live gold multiplayer functions, party chat groups are working normally, but the game licenses of the games on the console are compromised.

When I add the main account on the console I get account sharing error due to the insider program.

I do not want to leave the program. and if possible I would like to play (weekend is coming,: D)

The Xbox Insider Program is growing, and with that growth comes exciting new opportunities. Alongside our continual efforts to hear all feedback shared by the Xbox Insider community, we’re now simplifying entry into the Xbox One Update Preview rings and partnering with 1st and 3rd party studios to provide Xbox Insiders with early access to Alpha and closed Beta playtests of Xbox Live-enabled games on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs. This means Xbox gamers will now be able to easily opt into the Xbox Insider program and gain earlier access to the latest system updates and flighted games!

Xbox Insider Hub denied access "You must be over 18" message

I am unable to access the Xbox Insider Hub app due to an error message being displayed saying "Sorry, you need to be at least 18 to join the Xbox Insider program", where my Microsoft account age is set to 21. I wish to access the App but have been unable
to even though through support I have determined that my account is most likely eligible for the Xbox Insider preview program.
