Error reedeming minecoins

Everytime that I try to reedem my minecoins with my points, it says that something went wrong. Please help me because I really want my minecoins (it does not give any error codes)

i got a reedem code from my friend in england and i put it in and it says error code 887056

I referred local user account (the one I login everyday) as mine. I've tried remove it also with administrator account when I get access but still I get popup that I need permission from Administrator account. However the solution was easier than I thought.

I used command line. I hope it solved win hello problem. Thank you for your time.
