Error reedeming a Xbox live code on the wrong account

Hi!

I have two Microsoft accounts. And I bought a code on a physical store, and when I reedem it I used my computer to do so. I completely forgot to use my account from the xbox, and now I can't access the gold.

How can I trnasfer my items from one account to the other?

Hey is anyone getting an error saying " We couldnt find your code " while reedeming the code ?

I tried to redeem a points card code on my xbox one, and received the following error twice, then went to the xbox.com page for reedeming codes, and also received the same error. I'm not sure whats wrong, but any information would be helpful.

As an aside, I can't remember if I redeemed the code before, and assumed that if it had already been used I would get a message informing me so, once i entered the code.

 

You would need to try contacting support to see if they can cancel it and give you a token to redeem the remaining time on the correct account. Contact Us | Xbox Support Otherwise, nothing can be transferred between accounts.

Alternatively, if you're on the One, you can set the console as that account's Home console to share the gold.
