Error redeeming microsoft points (given with a purchased game in a box set for dance central 2)

Problem with Dance Central 2 (downloadable token)

I have purchased " Microsoft Xbox 360 (250GB) Kinect Bundle
with Free Kinect Adventures, Kinect Sports, Dance Central 2 (downloadable token) , Mine Craft (downloadable token) + 1 Month X-Box Live Gold Membership Card( Inside the Box)
with product serial number: 400085421705.

With the above package I got Redeem Code for
Dance Central 2 (downloadable token) and tried for downloading several times but the same error " Error Code 80150017 with a message that This isn't available for your region ".

Please Note: The other products Mine Craft (downloadable token) + 1 Month X-Box Live Gold Membership Card( Inside the Box)
successfully downloaded & installed and working properly.

Kindly help me to download above Game through my " Redeem Full Game Download Code of Dance Central 2".

Import dance central

Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand this situation can be frustrating. We have noticed others were having a similar issue as well. When entering the code, does it provide a message like an error code or something saying it was redeemed?



Side Note: each game can only be exported once.

Exporting the original Dance Central and/or Dance Central 2 to
Dance Central 3 will cost 400 Microsoft points per disc, and you need an Xbox-LIVE enabled Gamertag that has permission to make purchases. If you've already exported the original
Dance Central track list into Dance Central 2, you don't need to export those songs again; they'll automatically install in your
Dance Central 3 library. All of your previously purchased downloadable content will also import automatically.

Double check the card for an expiration date. I believe those cards have expired at this point. (Sorry I couldn't give you this answer earlier but I didn't know all the details until this thread)

 

So it means it have expired even though I bought this game recently?

There are 2 button - Confirm Or Cancel

Once I clicked Confirm, the error message appears as above.

You'll have to double check the package, but yes, I believe all of those codes had an expiration date on them so it may have expired already.

I just did the same thing with points from the same game, same error. He's right, if you look at the middle of the card it says "Code must be redeemed by June 30, 2012, at midnight Eastern time."
