Error redeem gears of war promotional codes

I purchase an xbox with gears of war 4 bundled, now i already received the codes for the previous versions but only be able to redeem 2 of the four. the 2 remain (gears of war and gears of war 3) give me the error xbox purchase mismatched market and language,
but In my account configured English and USA and still fail. But I already check with an agent in the xbox chat support and he direct me to this forum. He o so tell me that confirm that my codes are active.

The twenty free DLC can be downloaded right away. The code that we get is the one you type directly into XBox Live on the Redeem Code section. (Like the Gears if War 2 map pack). There is no messing around with websites like the US versions.

The games are region locked. So in order to download them, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to live in a region where the games are available. If your account is set for the US, but you are not in the US, they will not
work.

currently? Does your account match the region? Is your console also connecting to Xbox Live within that region? Try to redeem the code on xbox.com HERE and let us know if you're also seeing the same error message and
error code. Please also post the error message and error code here as well.
