    Error putting in xbox live gold code


    Hello, I recently bought a 12 month gold card from the microsoft store (code). Whenever I attempt to put in the code it says I got a 12 month gold. But whenever i press confirm it comes up with "There was an error on our side" "waiting might help"

    I was wondering if there is a fix to this available

    Redeem Code for 12 month Xbox Live not working

    Today I brought Xbox Live Gold Membership (12 Months) and when in am putting the code in to redeem the Xbox Live Membership it keeps saying that there is an error on your end. I paid £40 to be able to play online and I am not able because of this error...
