    Error profile not allowed to play???


    Im having some issues with my one. My monthly live subscription was running out, I had some extra money so I bought the live gold and now I can't play online. All I get is ( error the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live)

    I received an error. It says, The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live. I changed profiles and was able to get into a game. Why is that one profile not allowed to connect?

    You need to have a Gold Xbox Live membership to be allowed to play online. To upgrade your current account into a Gold one, visit this page :

    www.xbox.com/.../join

    Xbox Live Gold is a paid membership.

    Does this happen when playing a specific game or is it across all online games? If it's a specific game, can you share the exact error message? Thanks!
    It seems to be with every game I try, in CoD BO3 I was able to see that my public ip adresse is not recognized correctly I guess its a safety precaution if you are not allowed to play.

    In COD BO3 I get NOTICE: The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live

    All games have similar messages.
