Error privacy and online multiplayer

On my Xbox One, when I try to play online, I get a message saying: "To do this, change a setting", telling me that I can not use multiplayer online games because of how my account is configured. Then my father logged on his profile on Xbox.com and tried
to change the setting mentioned in the message to my profile, noting however that it was already allowed that works, in fact on my old Xbox360 I had no problems... Sorry for my english.

Unable to “play online multiplayer through Xbox live”

I get an error message when joining friend’s realms on Minecraft stating that “you cannot play online multiplayer through Xbox Live because of how your account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy and online safety settings on Xbox.com”.

I own my account, and all I do is play multiplayer online games. Nothing on my privacy settings is blocked as far as online content/interaction.

Why is this just a problem with Mojang?

You need a subscription to Xbox Live to play online multiplayer games. If you have one and are still getting the error you may want to change the settings for online safety and privacy here

So you have checked all your settings and they are correct, ok let try this,

Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will power down. turn the power off at the wall, unplug the cord from the back wait 30 seconds, plug
back in, switch back on the wall socket
Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
