    Olá Xbox Suporte,

    Estou com seguinte problema , eu faço parte do Xbox Preview a 3 Meses só que quando eu acesso a parte de Gerenciamento do preview para trocar o Rings não consigo neim trocar para 3 e neim voltar pro 4 e não consigo neim sair do preview também . Gostaria de
    saber o que faço para solucionar o problema que está acontecendo ou se vocês podem solucionar para mim, por que já restaurei o xbox e desinstalei o app e instalei e nada de solucionar o problema ..

    Fico no Aguardo por soluções ...

    I would like to know what problem to solve the problem that is happening or you can solve it for me, why I have already restored the xbox and uninstalled the application and installed and nothing to solve the problem ..

    I'm waiting for solutions ...

    Olá Xbox Suporte,

    Sounds like you're in the preview program. For future reference you should post issues to the preview forums. This is a known issue and is not downloading more than it should. The percentage is showing incorrectly. Let it finish downloading.

    Provavelmente tem alguma coisa errada.

    Normalmente uma assinatura "atropela" a outra, por sinal não cumulativo, ou seja, você acaba perdendo os dias que ainda restam. (não sei se ainda esta assim).

    Enfim...... Verifique com atenção os caracteres digitados para não ter erro, se não for isso busque informações com a assistência da microsoft ou com quem vendeu o cartão da live pra você.
