    Receiving the same error, talked to numerous support people and they said it was a problem with my bank, I called them and they said there is nothing wrong with my account. It's definitely on microsoft's end, so they won't be receiving any money from me
    until they fix this mess (not that they are even letting me give them money -.- ). PS4 is looking pretty good right now.
