Error PBR9002 I cant buy anything with my account on xbox one but i can on xbox 360

im having this issue since 2 days ago , i tried everything changed my region to chile , deleted re-added my card information but nothing , i cant buy anything on xbox.com or xbox one , but i can buy from xbox 360 or anything for xbox 360 , but heres something
weird, i added the same card information to another MS account and voila! , i can purchase without problems on the xbox one ... so whats the problem with my main account?? phone support for LATAM region didnt help much saying something i already knew , xbox
live service is having issues , and i explained the same im writting here but they didnt help much .

Estoy teniendo problemas para poder comprar lo que sea en xbox one , ya sea desde la web de xbox o la consola , siempre me da error PBR9002 , ya modifique la informacion de la tarjeta de credito, migre mi cuenta de usa a chile y todo lo demas recomendado pero
aun asi no puedo comprar , antes no tenia inconvenientes, lo que si , probe agregando la informacion de mi tarjeta en otra cta MS y voila! no tuve problemas para comprar y es exactamente la misma informacion , llame al soporte tecnico para la region pero no
me supieron ayudar , no mas se limitaron a decir que estaban teniendo dificultades con los servicios xbox live ( cosa que ya sabia ) y les explique lo que pasaba , aun asi no me pudieron ayudar , nisiquiera me preguntaron mi GT o algo.

solo puedo suponer que los problemas estan asociados directamente con mi GT de mi cuenta principal ya que con la otra ( que no uso) no tuve problemas.

Before was the PBR9002 in Xbox One, now I can not use my microsoft money on Xbox 360 and PC Xbox.com

Last 3 weeks ago, I had added $ 120.00 in my account of Xbox Live, however when I tried to use to buy 2 games on Xbox One, I received a code called PBR9002 I could not even buy the Xbox One, Xbox 360 and not buy Xbox.com with, it took two weeks, and I found
that the problem could usually buy the Xbox One, but the Xbox 360 and Xbox.com, yet still have problem, I can not buy anything for 360 and nothing on the site Xbox.com , the X360 gives a error address this more it correctly, the site does not show the rest
of the money I have in my wallet for it only accepts Paypal and Credit Card over not appear the option to select the mode of purchase with the money Xbox Live account that I have in my wallet.

So I bought an xbox one 2 months ago. I connected my paypal account and bought Forza 5.

But now I want to buy Titanfall for my Xbox one. I have enough money on my paypal but me xbox keeps saying: Use a different way to pay. Error PBR9002.

Can someone please help me?

 

Are you all purchasing from the same region?

Just curious if its all the same as in US or most different stores?

Same here. It seems to be a region thing (it was for me). I changed my region on the xbox and it finally worked.

 

Well. Complicated situation here..haha. I am a swede, but moved to Spain. Have had the Xbox a year now and Spanish region does not support English so I run UK/US region on my box. US did not work this time, so swapped to UK.

 

well i had to change my account + and console settings ( was on eng+ USA ) to chile , then call to my bank ( for some weird reason my CC was blocked that day too ) and to see if was the card, account or something else , i used a relative's credit card and
was working , now i can buy again and all that , oh also make sure about the payments options match with you address and all that.

 

Same problem here. Tried on USA and Hong Kong store and nothing work. I don't try in my region (Spain) because prizes are at double than others stores.

I'm a preview member on xbox one.

 

This error suggests there may be a problem with the region of your live account.

Please look at the bottom of this screen on a PC....in the black bar, is the region listed correct for your location?

First thanks to NewBlacksmurf for the nice answer although I'm not refer to these.

My question is about to buy content or games (already in my default spanish store) from other region store, i.e., Dragon Age Deluxe Edition has a price of 79,99€ (100,00$ aprox.) in spanish store and the same edition in USA store has a price of 56,00€ (69,99$)
so it's simple, as a free region I won't spend 30,00$ plus for the same content (logically).

Until now, I buyed some games and/or content from USA and Hong Kong store without any issue.

On Saturday I did a test on spanish store, I bought a DLC from Alien for 3,49€ at first tried withouth any issue...

So, for sure, is a problem with region content and not my fault or my bank like I was thinking.

I need some light here from MS staff.
