(Error PBR141078) i paid to change my xbox gamertag but this error came up

I've been associated with Microsoft and their creation, the original Xbox and Xbox 360 since its release back in November of 2005. Despite all of its problems, red-rings and all, I've had a great time with it. However, I recently ran into an issue about
my payment, where an error code was about(Error PBR141078), and i know i have made the full payment. After a few weeks of waiting to see if anything would occur, nothing did so this is why im consulting the support team.

What's strange is that i followed these instructions (Error PBR141078 | Payment Authorization Error on Xbox One) but still no hope. a few people i know have been affected
by this problem and were lucky enough to receive additional payment.

I've tried everything to make this work: signing out, starting the xbox up again, then signing in, playing online/offline, trying different payment methods, every little thing anyone can think of has been done to try and clear this problem, but, nothing
works. I even rang the xbox support team, waiting 1 hour on hold i was became frustrated.

I've had my Xbox One for a bit over one year now and I am asking for a fix to a problem I didn't cause. Until I get it, I can't start up my youtube channel and play with my friends because of the embarrassment of my gamertag name.

After calling the service centre multiple times and chatting with several customer support representatives, every person I spoke to had something different to say, but they all agreed. i have spent numerous hours trying to change my gamertag name but it
has been unsuccessful.

Now, please help me into changing my gamer-tag name to IronTorpedo or IronTorpedo88, as i can finally start playing my xbox one and continuing to be a loyal customer of not only xbox but also microsoft. if this problem is not solved soon i might have to
move to another organisations.

Despite never changing it before, It's telling me to Pay to Change my Gamertag.

So, I set up an Xbox Live Account recently, and I wanted to change my Gamertag from the Default one, but after Trying to change it, It came up with an Error. I thought to myself, I'll just play a couple games of halo, and then change it later. When I came
back to change it, It was telling me to pay, despite it saying my First Gamertag Change would be free of charge. I don't want to pay 7 quid to not be NoseyAcrobat64.

 

Error changing my gamertag.

Hello. I tried to change my gamertag from Xbox and when I enter on "Change Gamertag" I get an error code. I searched that error code and it says that the console can't download content from server but my console is connected to internet. However when I try
to change my gamertag on webbrowser, I am asked to pay 10$ but this is my first gamertag change and the first one is free... I can provide the error code I get if needed.
