- Clear your browser's cookies and cache and try again.
- Check if you have the same problems accessing that section from the "Xbox Family Settings" app for mobile devices.
- Also try accessing the section of the website using another network, for example accessing via mobile data.

Please try leaving the family group (or ask to someone to delete you from the group)

After add your account again as organizer via the link below. (Ask to another family organizer to add you)

Please double check that you select your main account as organizer too, not member.

Once successfully added, try waiting couple minutes before changing your privacy settings)

Just to double check, please check if birthdate is more than 18 and change it if necessary
