    Please help.

    For the last few days, every time I try to open the messages page on xbox.com in order to send messages over xbox live, it pops up a window saying "An error has occurred, please try again later." It also gives me the same error when I try to send a message
    to an xbox live ID using the website as well. I have waited days for it to start working and it still is not. I have not been able to find any information about this online which is leading me to believe that this may only be happening to me and no one else? How
    do I fix this issue so that I can read and send messages through the website again?

    PlayFit asks me to check non-existent section on Status page (and it works if I wait 1 minute too!)

    The page (xbox.com/status) does exist. The section on that page called “[status icon] PlayFit calorie retrieval” does not. I am not getting this error when opening the app today, so I was unable to catch the exact error message.

    If you ever got a message from LIVE on your XBOX regarding your COD Elite subscription and you still have it in your Inbox... that maybe the reason why.

    Just delete this message on your XBOX and the messaging system on the website should work again instantly.

    If you did not get that message, reason must be another one i can't help you with.

    I did get a message about that. I deleted it (and the rest of my msgs, it needed a good clean out) on my console, and then checked xbox.com. It worked!
