Error opening games on xbox one

Just turned on my Xbox One, after leaving it unplugged for about 12 hours. I tried to join a friend's game, and get error when game attempts top launch. Tried to open Ark, and got error. Restarted Xbox, still get error. Tried 2 different Xbox 360 games and
same error. Tried to open Xbox store, error 0x80131505 CV:kG+g6fAzzU6nWAgB. I do not have any Xbox One or back compat title discs I can try. I have connection to internet and Xbox live. This seems to be effecting all digital content.

This XBox Troubleshooter for NAT errors explains the 3 different types and that at least one of your connections needs an OPEN NAT to be
able to host a game.

Have you power cycled your router?

Edit; (Summary) The error is that the Xbox says opening but it doesn't open when I want my Xbox to load the game

could just be a small error in the game.

try clearing your xbox one cache by holding your finger on power button on front of console for about ten seconds then rstart console and go to settings and disc/blu ray and clear the persistant storage three times in a row you can also go to network and
clear alternate mac address and console will restart.

make sure your xbox one says nat open and ghosts says nat open youll need ports 3075 and 3076 opened/forwarded or drop your xbox one into the dmz

failing tht uninstall everything and reinstall the game.

there is a lot of errors and bugs with ghosts as was designed as a 360 game

Maybe as suggested, try hard rest the console.
