Greetings

Yesterday I bought a Xbox One

I installed several games and acquired xbox live gold

Today I tried to install EA access

The app has been successfully installed and I connect with my username

I wanted to purchase an annual subscription and at the end of the process

of confirmation of payment jumped message "Something happened on our end. Try again later.

waiting a bit might help.

I noticed that the time listed At the bottom of the screen

is not the same as listed for a console settings

i have only one user and my xbox is update and reboot servel times

i too had thus issue and the only way to do it is either on xbox.com or buy a yearly EA access code too redeem on your console.

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! Just to clarify, how are you trying to upgrade to Game Pass ultimate subscription? Are you doing so from your console, or are you using a Laptop or Desktop? I would suggest trying to

Contact Support for further assistance, just so they can check your account to see that everything is in order as far as Billing info and that there are no discrepencies on the account.

Try this:

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
Step 2 : Select your Product
Step 3 : Select your Issue
- Select – Call me back

very frustrating cannot sign into Xbox live I've signed on my account I set up payment options says completed and still not able to connect to network Xbox one live

same issue, been trying to use a credit card instead of a live card from the store.. this is the first time this has happened.. hopefully we get a answer soon. Ive also been on the support chat and phone for over 20 mins.
