    Minecraft Update Error

    I went to try out Minecraft on xb1 today. I updated it to the latest patch and it freezed my xbox. I shut it down completely and then I restarted the console. Tried to play minecraft again and now the game won't start. Anyone else get this problem?

    Hi everyone,

    Just to clarify; are any of you in the Xbox Insider program, and actively enrolled in the Xbox One Update Preview (reviving 1710 preview updates)?

    Also, can you try power cycling your console by holding the power button on the console for 8-10sec. then unplug the console for 3-5min. When powering the console back on, are you able to load the home screen?

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having this problem, according to a search I did I found a user who had this same problem and said that the error is not with the Xbox system but rather it was a problem with the account that I solved by contacting support.
