    I purchased SIMS 4 on line - have not played for a couple of weeks, came back to play today and am getting the error message "Give it another try. If this happens again, visit xbox.com/errorhelp and enter the following code: 0x903f9006 - HOWEVER, when I
    go to the errorhelp and enter this code - it tells me that Sorry! No Support articles were found for "0x903f9006"????

    Any help that the community could give would be greatly appreciated - Respectfully

    Oops - looks like I was logging into the game on my daughters access and not mine - I had purchased the game under my access - apologies for sending this and not trying that prior to touching base with the community - the game is working - Respectfully
