    When I try to redeem a code I get an error:

    In English it is like Try again, something went wrong at our side. Maybe it will help if you wait a moment.

    I have this for a month now. I contacted support begin August and they said wait till you subscription had ended and try again at 1 of September.

    Can someone please assist me in solving this?

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    when redeeming the code subscription service Xbox Live will show an error. status code 801613F1

    If you take a look on that page: https://account.microsoft.com/services/ , is there anything showing up in red? Any past due?

    If so take a look in this article on how to solve that:
    http://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/pay-past-due-balance-on-xbox-subscription

    If there isnt take a look on that page: Sign in to your Microsoft account and check if all your payment options
    are still valid, you have one added and your adress is correct.

    Further if that all doesnt help get in touch with offical Support over here:
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us#4:2:2     with "Chat with Xbox Support".

    They can check the Code and see if its valid and suitable for your region.

    Sorry for the issue with your code. So you redeemed a Xbox live code on your phone? When you try and play grand theft auto it wont allow you to? Do you get an error saying you need live? Make sure you are logged onto the same account as you redeemed the
    code on.

    Check this and please provide any error what site you redeemed code on.

    been chatting with microsoft gamers chat and they sent me a link to redeem code at microsoft in the right xbox live account

    this time got a error code not found first time getting this error

    so far have tried to redeem code once on xbox twice on desktop
